The stylish and oh so comfortable Nordic version of a traditional deckchair. These wonderful chairs fold flat for easy storage and are therefore great if you are short of space. Ideal for the garden, deck, patio, balcony, terrace, allotment... Also works well inside, in the conservatory, garden room, modern living space and perfect in spas and beside the pool.
Beautiful to look at, very simple and surprisingly comfortable. The solid pine, alder or birch pieces are assembled with a simple hemp rope which gives the product its amazing flexibility - adjusting both to the shape of the user and any unevenness in the ground it's placed on. Made purely from wood and rope - nothing else - truly back to nature.
The unique design is not as rigid as traditional wooden chairs, creating a lovely, curved seat that is surprisingly comfortable – flexing according to the shape of the user. You can use the chair in two different positions (simple to adjust by lifting the seat and back simultaneously) - laid back position for true relaxation or more upright if you wish to read or perhaps sip a cup of tea or gin & tonic! Both positions are equally super-comfortable!
A linen pillow is also available for additional comfort and a small side table made of the same materials (which also makes the perfect foot rest!). - see drop downs to select.
The chairs are designed in Scandinavia but the pine and alder wood used to make them is sourced from Estonian forests, where they are also manufactured. (Since Estonia is an EU-member state, forest management there follows EU guidelines and EU timber trade regulations. Yearly growth in the Estonian forests exceeds the amount harvested and forest covers half of Estonian land area.)
We suggest storing these under cover - if they are left outside in all weathers for any length of time then please expect colour change. To protect the chair we also recommend occasional re-oiling - the frequency of this will depend on how you store and look after your chair.
Available in three different oiled finishes - soft black, light grey or brown.
Please note - the colour of the black is quite intense and there may be some black dust on the surface of the product when new. We suggest assembling the chair on some kind of protective surface (the packing carton for example) and using gloves or washing hands thoroughly after assembly. Wipe the chair or table with damp (not soaking wet) cloth after assembly and leave it to dry for a while. For the first few times of use, be careful with white clothes and light-colored textiles.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the item, we will treat it as a normal return and charge up to 35% of the return fee. We also reserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping charges from refunds.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected], we will reply you as soon as possible.
